We've lived in this house for about a year and a half now, and as a result, have accumulated some junk. I'm by no means a "hoarder", but I could possibly be classified as a "hider". Out of sight, out of mind is one of my many mantras. And it has now come back to bite me in the butt.

This is a cabinet that's in the kitchen island. It comes in very handy when you want to clean off the island. I found some stuff I hadn't seen in awhile: my divorce papers (ewwww), and baby pictures of the girls (awwww). Of course in the mix were plenty of useless items, such as old phonebooks and dead batteries. In the end, I cleared out a lot of extra space. Perfect for when I have to clear off the kitchen island again.
