Inspired by Becky's Family Game Nights (and experienced at Christmas), I decided that it was time to get some games up in this house! Don't get me wrong, we have the required CandyLand and Chutes n' Ladders, but it was time to step it up a notch. I had to be careful in my choices though. I didn't want to get something the girls would outgrow in a year, but the games couldn't be too hard either. So I went with the classics...Yatzee, Rummikub, Uno, and Toss Up. They can be easily taught, but will never be outgrown. I see a lot of game playing competition in our future, and I can't wait. Trinity better watch her back!
