This is Hal, Head of Maintenance. He reminds me of a big black bear. He's rough and tough on the outside, but he's all heart on the inside. We work wonderfully together and always get the job done. Everyday he asks me how I am and I sneak him some chocolate when he's stressed. He has helped me numerous times with my car and I know how to make him the perfect cup of coffee. I couldn't run my front desk without him. Seriously.
